CPA Investment Solutions, LLC (CPAIS), is an independent, fee-only financial planning and investment advisory firm located in Yardley, PA. CPAIS is also a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
CPAIS helps individuals and small business owners prepare for and navigate times of financial transition. For individuals, this can include retirement planning, transitioning into retirement, receiving a large lump sum of money, estate succession planning, gifting and surviving a spouse.
Our work with small business owners is often focused on helping them utilize their business investments to build personal wealth through retirement plans, benefits programs, succession planning and the ultimate sale or disposition of their business interests. Also, we can help them increase their ability to attract and retain employees by putting in place, or improving, a company’s retirement plan.
CPAIS is a subsidiary of Comprehensive Investment Solutions, LLC (CIS), www.investsolutions.com. CPAIS has exclusive arrangements with certain CPA firms under which the CPA firms, who have become shareholders of CPAIS, refer their clients to CPAIS to receive investment advisory and Financial Planning services.
